Your First Visit
We’ll reserve about an hour and a half for your first visit. Our receptionist will greet you warmly, take your paperwork (you can also fill out our forms online to save time), and you’ll be seen promptly. Don’t worry about bringing your favorite book or magazine, as you won’t be waiting long. Our hygienist will take X-rays and clean your teeth, and then Dr. Hutto will perform a comprehensive exam. During your exam, he’ll inspect your teeth and soft-tissues, screen for oral cancer, and evaluate your occlusion and TMJ. After your exam, Dr. Hutto will study the results and discuss his findings with you.
Your Personal Consultation
Our ultimate goal is to restore your oral health to the point where you only have to visit us for preventive maintenance. Dr. Hutto will discuss in detail his recommendations, as well as your goals and desires. If you have any pain or anxiety about visiting the dentist, we’ll suggest solutions that will make receiving your dental care a breeze. We can also outline a payment plan and schedule your next appointment. After your personal consultation, you’ll feel confident knowing the steps needed to solve all of your dental concerns.

After your visit, we’ll provide a refreshing warm towel, a soothing paraffin hand wax, and we invite you to help yourself to our complimentary beverage bar. Our treatment coordinator will schedule your next visit with us, and we’ll see you soon!
