Patient Information for Aesthetic Family Dentistry

My First Visit

Welcome to Aesthetic Family Dentistry!

  • We’re happy you’re here. If you and your loved ones are brand-new to the dental office, there is some important information we’d like for you to know about the new patient process. Our team wants to give you the best care experience possible so that this initial appointment can be one of many. In most cases, patients can expect to spend up to two hours at their first appointment – this will allow plenty of dedicated time for a thorough checkup, a refreshing cleaning, and a consultation with our doctors. These two hours give us time to understand your wants and needs, as well as take a full mouth set of photos and full charting of your existing dental work. Our goal is to learn everything we can about your reasons for visiting and any concerns or goals you have in mind for your unique smile that need to be addressed. From there, we can design a custom treatment plan that results in lasting oral health and happiness. You can also trust in our staff to be very punctual and never leave you waiting for more than a few minutes at a time.

Financing & Insurance

Financing:
Do you not currently have dental insurance coverage? This shouldn’t have to preclude you from receiving high-quality oral healthcare at an affordable price. Our office is also happy to accept low or no-interest payment plans through CareCredit, which help break down your overall cost into several manageable sections. Interested to see if you qualify? Follow the links below to complete an application, and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Insurance:
Aesthetic Family Dentistry is happy to file claims for most major dental insurance plans on the patient’s behalf. Our knowledge of the system will allow us to maximize your available benefits and help you receive any deserved reimbursements as promptly as possible. We also provide complimentary insurance verification! In addition to insurance, we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards as payment methods.
